Irina V. Andreasen, MBA, CFP®
Founder
Irina offers her clients almost twenty years of financial industry experience. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Rochester, a Master Degree in International Business from St. John Fisher College, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation from Boston University. Prior to affiliating with LPL, she worked in wealth management departments of major corporations, which allowed her to hone her skills in areas of retirement income planning, wealth transfer, and estate preservation. Dedicated to providing education, she regularly hosts classes on topics such as Social Security, College Planning, Financial Strategies for Women, and Divorce Planning.
In her practice, Irina thrives to build partnerships with her clients to better help them identify and puruse goals throughout their financial journey. She believes that to be effective, a financial plan cannot be static. It's a fluid document which will change over time in line with changes in life circumstances and financial objectives. Partnering with an experienced professional involves a comprehensive and ongoing process for managing many financial priorities.
Two fundamental principles central to Irina's practice are – an unwavering commitment to educating her clients and an overreaching understanding that clients' behavior and family dynamics play a significant role in the final outcome. Every new client relationship starts with a conversation - a snapshot of what has been done so far. One of the strengths that truly sets Irina apart, is her “no judgement” attitude in helping people feel comfortable sharing even their most sensitive concerns. She is a firm believer that creating a sustainable financial plan requires an honest discussion about finances, values, goals, and potential obstacles – only then can a true risk management plan, that allows for growth, preservation, flexibility, and predictable outcomes can be created.
Irina recently became an empty nester after sending her youngest child to college. She now lives in New Hampshire's Lakes Region with her husband, Pete and an adorable puppy, Frankie.
